Health Navigator Charitable Trust is a multi-award winning not-for-profit organisation that delivers the Healthify He Puna Waiora website along with a number of other health resources, projects and initiatives. Established in 2008, the Trust works with the health sector to improve the health and hauora of all people living in Aotearoa New Zealand.
